Terms & Conditions
- All PureVida Requirements must be met for customer to be eligible for the Rental option.
- Time Purchase and Rental include equipment, service, parts, filters, filter changes, replacement system guarantee, 1 free relocation per year, and CO2 refills for PV5s. Customer responsible for daily upkeep and restocking of PV12c.
- Rentals are billed quarterly or annually.
- Time Purchase payment is due upon receipt of invoice once the first system is installed.
- Time Purchase and Rental auto renew for 12 months at a time unless 30-day notice is given.
- Boost Optional for +$8 a month | +$384 60-Mo Time Purchase | +$259 36-Mo Time Purchase | +$96 12-Mo Time Purchase
