Your Day to Day

• You are the “Player-Coach” for your branch. Make sure your team is ready to go every day and then jump in alongside of them to grow your business and make sure your customers are happy!
• Make sure your Service Engineer has all the parts/equipment/instruction they need to to install/service/maintain your systems.
• Work closely with your sales reps to make sure they are maximizing their day to grow your business.
• Take care of challenges that arise so that your team can focus on the things that make you the most money.

• You need to be a persistent hunter, you cannot be hesitant to walk in doors or pick up the phone, even if you have already heard “not now”.
• You need to be organized, efficient, and self-motivated so you can maximize your time and your team’s time to make more money for the company and yourself.
• You need to be a great communicator by asking great questions and actively listening to make sure your team and customers are on the same page.
• You need to be assertive by asking for the business and ultimately closing the deal.
